Phase One — The Essence: We separate who you actually are from every role you have been playing. Through guided reflection and conversations with whatever you consider the Divine, Source, or the Universe, you start recognizing the part of you that was always there waiting for room to breathe.
Phase Two — The Void: We explore what you actually want versus what you think you should want. Instead of rushing to fill the emptiness you learn to sit with it. Small decisions made from your essence instead of obligation start rebuilding your trust in yourself.
Phase Three — The Life: You build intentionally. A real plan rooted in who you actually are. One meaningful decision taken. Not abstract hope but grounded hope for the life you actually want to live.

I bring a decade of experience in spiritual coaching, faith-based facilitation, and communications combined with iPEC methodologies, a sociology and psychology background, and contemplative practices to meet you exactly where you are and hold you accountable to the work.
